Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel appointment within a 24 hour window will be subjected to forfeiting their deposit and possibility of future appointments. Rescheduling is always allowed, I understand shiz happens! In that case, your deposit will transfer over to the following appointment, please be mindful still and give me a heads up!
